CAMLOCKbox "HEAVY DUTY" Universal Swivel Bracket. Made of heavy duty construction designed to support your camera and box with ease. If you like your camera in hard to mount places this is the bracket for you. It easily mounts up high in the trees where the bears cant reach and out of the line of sight of people. It can rotate about 45 degrees in any direction. Just attach ball to back of camera box by inserting it in one of the lag bolt holes. (enlarging 1 lagbolt hole to 5/16 may be required on pre 2011 boxes) Screw bracket on to tree and drop the ball in. You can point your camera in under 10 seconds. To remove camera at the end of season just loosen the knob. You can use python cable to attach camera and box to tree if desired. Multiple mounts can be used to quickly change camera locations. Lagbolts are included. Manufactured by CAMLOCKbox.

this bracket really helps in a situation where you can't get the right angle to mount your camera. it is very easy to attach camera.

This is pricey, no doubt. But you really get what you pay for. Gives you mounting and angle options when mounting a trail camera in one of the camlock boxes. I cannot speak for the bears as we have none around here, but I am quite optimistic that the largest size raccoons we have can perch themselves on top of your camera in a camlock box mounted to this tree mount and the camera position will remain still.

To understand this review, know this: my quarry are humans! My 13 cameras monitor a remote property, and the optimum design for my purpose requires a bit a theft deterrence.
If it weren't for my particular quarry, I'd rate these brackets as a five plus. Very good, the best I've yet to see.
Given my quarry though, combined with their scurrilous nature, I replace the existing two nuts (on the ball/stud) with nylock nuts. Once replaced, you can loosen, but not remove the security box (see step two of this process below).
The knob - my preference is to replace it with a 1-1/4", 1/4-20 allen (hex) drive pan head screw; and on the end of that screw (within the underside of the mount), I add another nylock nut. With this added, the ball/stud can't be removed from the bracket without first removing the entire bracket and also removing the nylock (you can loosen the ball/stud, but not remove). Combined with the ball/stud nylocks mentioned earlier, my quarry can't easily abscond with my cameras.
A bit of tweaks makes an already excellent product perfect for my needs.

Purchased my first one, and be buying at least one more. Heavy Duty and also easy to mount & use! No problem to hold the weight of the camera and lock box on an angle without moving.

I like the fact that it is adjustable I just wish that instead of a knob that anyone can loosen you would have made available a security bolt that takes a special allen wrench or socket that a person walking thru the woods is probably not going to have on his person. I changed out the knob for a 1/4 x 20 x 1&1/2 inch security bolt

This is the best way to add a secure swivel option to your game cam or security cam lock box.

The swivel bracket is a perfect solution to getting the right angle I was looking for. As with previous orders from Camlockbox, this is a high quality item at a good price and quick shipping.

I needed to mount my trail cam with lockbox onto a 2x2" steel support on my boat dock. None of the vertical or horizontal surfaces gave the view I needed. I purchased the CAMLOCKbox swivel bracket, attached it to a board, then mounted the board onto the steel 2x2 with "U" clamps. The ball and socket in the bracket allowed me to adjust the camera to get just the view of the boat I needed. Heavy duty, well made. Worked great!
