    The CAMLOCKbox security box is the best box I've yet found. There's no reason to look any further!

    Other brands either aren't camouflage painted, or don't have a full box (some have open backs). The camo works well - almost too well - as there are times when I want my quarry to see the camera as the deterrent it intends to be.

    The front cover engages well, and completely with the box - quite secure.

    The holes/slots align well with the antenna and the solar power cable.

    Nothing to complain about - which is a solid statement these days!

    With my Tactacam Reveal cameras, I add a 1-1/4" 5/16-18 bolt (with washer and nylock nut) to prevent anybody from unscrewing/removing the antenna (the camera must be removed from the security box to remove the antenna). This is important for me - as my quarry are humans (my cameras monitor a remote property).

    Security boxes are very well made, better than tactacam's security boxes. Will definitely buy more when I get more cameras!!

    Purchased 2 of these lock boxes for my new cameras after using one of the Tactacam Security Boxes, which by the way SUCK!!!. This box works as a security box is supposed to protecting the entire camera to include the built-in strap attachment on the back of the camera itself. With this lock box the strap goes through the steel box all by itself. When setting up the camera the camera can be removed simply buy taking off the front cover to change between setup mode and actual photo mode. Once you have the camera all dialed in you can simply set the camera back into the case in its proper position and run your Mater Python cable Lock through the steel box and through the back of the camera which locks the lid of the security box closed. With the added padlock feature built into the security box this camera is about as secure as it possibly can be. This box is well made, has a very nice natural color and is priced about the same as the crappy Tactacam box. I would highly suggest this security box for your camera.

    This box fit my new camera just like all Camlock boxes do for the cameras they are made for. They are Well made. The price is good.
