1. Ceramic Screws

   The screws are made of good quality, but the screw diameter is too small for the camlock box. I prefer to use stainless steel 5/16" x 2.5" lag bolts to secure my camlock box to the tree.

   I really like these screws as they go in easy but have an aggressive hold. Always buy 4 when I order a box.

   I am a long time fan of TimberLOK screws but for this application, I feel HeadLOK screws would be a better choice. HOWEVER, HeadLOKs require a spider drive bit which comes with a box of screws but is not found in everyone's tool box.

8. Ceramic Coated Timber Screws

   These screws worked well to hold the security box to the tree. The threads are wide enough to make screwing into the tree quick and easy (after drilling a hole).

    They are perfect fit for the lock boxes and don’t rust. Saves a trip to the hardware store on top of that the price is right. Almost sounds like a TV show.
