1. Protection Plus Plus

   Back in January 2021, I called these Protection Plus when I last rated them. This time I have added another plus because the rain lids and the CamLockBoxes they cover are so durable also. I do not put out a trail camera without a CamLockBox security box and rain lid due to the bears in my area, black ones and grizzlies. The bears molest my camera traps, but over three years now they have not bent a box or rain lid or gotten to the cameras inside the box. I have lots of pictures of elk and bear eyeballs, and close-up elk antlers banging the lids and boxes, but thanks to CamLockBox my cameras stay protected and keep working! And the manufacturing quality remains high!

2. Rain Lid

   I put this on all my camera boxs. It not only helps with the rain it also keeps some of the glare off of your camera. This is a add on that I put on all my camera boxs

3. Protection Plus

   This is my third time purchasing CAMLOCKbox 5.0 X 8.5 rain lids. I now have 8 of these on trail cameras out year around. Per my previous review note, they add protection from rain and snow, perching birds, and curious wildlife. What I have noticed is bears, deer and elk that are attracted to the cameras do not get their noses and eyeballs quite as close when the rain lids are present on the security boxes, so I think of these as "protection plus".

   This not only helps to keep some of the rain off your camera it also keeps some of the sun off. I have it on all of my cameras

5. Adds Protection

   The CAMLOCKbox 5.0 X 8.5 rain lid adds protection to each game camera installation; protection from rain and snow, perching birds, and curious wildlife. The lids are well made, fit well and are sturdy enough to last. I tried two initially, and now have five. And I will add more as I add cameras.

   Adds that little extra protection to keep water from getting through the top of the box, will work with snow as well I am sure! Liked it so much I bought two!

7. Does what it says!

   These work great! I was surprised at the size of these. The pictures and description really do not do them any justice. These are big enough to keep most rain or snow off them unless you face your camera directly into the wind/weather. The minor amount of bulk they add is only noticeable when initially setting them up. Once in the woods and you see the results you know at once they are worthwhile.

8. very versatile product?

   The pictures don't really help you get any idea of what you are getting. I thought this was going to be a mediocre cover which would barely keep the weather off. I was wrong! The actual size is great for covering your camera and keeping the weather off. This will be an item I get from now on for all my trail cameras! The slots on the back will probably let you set these up with most security boxes. Great product!

9. Really does protect your camera

   It was easy to install with my cambox. It sure keeps the cam from getting wet and fogging up

10. great protection from elements

    Just added this, to my security box (Bushnell Aggressor 119776C Security Box). Easy to install. Provides great protection from heavy rain and snow.
